Here at Angelcare Residential Living, we understand that caring for a loved one can be a mentally and physically demanding task. Regardless, we know how committed you are to caring for your family member, which is why we are here to help reflect some of that care back onto you. Our Respite Care Services give you the opportunity to take a break while still maintaining the well-being of your loved one.

There are many reasons you may be looking for respite care. Maybe you are going on holiday, are out of town for a last-minute commitment, or just need a week off. Whatever your reason, we are here to provide excellent individualised care for your loved one while they stay with us. Angelcare also accepts direct payment for respite care, making our services more accessible to those who are eligible.

We understand that the transition between home and a new environment can be an overwhelming experience for our residents, which is why we are focused on doing as much as we can to meet their psychological needs during this time. We are committed to making them feel safe, taken care of, and emotionally connected even when they are unfamiliar with their surroundings. We hope that they leave after their time with us having had a wonderful experience filled with positive socialisation and comfort.

We will work with you, your loved-one, and their healthcare provider to create a full picture of your specific needs, including routine specifications, likes and dislikes, and more. This, in order to create a bespoke plan that prioritises not only the overall well-being of your family member, but their ultimate sense of ease.

Angelcare Residential Living is a premier care home with all the creature comforts and luxury amenities to make your loved one’s stay feel more like a holiday than a care home visit.
